Refund Policy

HTSResolve operates on a subscription-based billing model.

1. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

2. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No future charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refunds

Because HTSResolve provides immediate access to a live compliance system, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within an active billing cycle.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us promptly at [Your Email Address] so the issue can be reviewed.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By completing checkout, users also agree to Stripe’s terms and payment policies.
