HTSResolve is built for customs brokers and import brokerage teams handling live entries involving trade remedies, and Partner Government Agency (PGA) requirements.

2. What does the system actually do?

HTSResolve provides structured regulatory checks by hts number and country of origin. It helps identify applicable trade remedies, Chapter 99 pairings, and required PGA filings in one consolidated view.

3. Does HTSResolve replace my ABI system?

No. HTSResolve is not an ABI transmission platform. It functions as a structured review layer to support entry preparation and internal compliance oversight.

4. Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

5. Are there long-term contracts?

No. Subscriptions are month-to-month unless annual subsciption was choosen.

6. Is our usage monitored?

No. We do not monitor how individual users operate within the system. Your firm’s usage is private and not shared with third parties.

7. Is our entry data reported or shared?

No. HTSResolve does not report user activity to CBP or any government agency. The system is intended solely as an internal compliance support tool.

8. Why are certain features limited by account type or location?

Certain regulatory modules are restricted based on jurisdiction and intended use. Access may vary depending on account classification.
